These are the areas where the most dust and grime accumulate, and they are often neglected during regular cleaning. We move everything carefully and return it to its original position.

Yes. We use pH-neutral, stone-safe cleaning solutions specifically formulated for marble, granite, and quartz countertops. Our degreasing agents are powerful on grease but gentle on surfaces. We also seal countertops upon request to protect them from future staining. Our team is trained to identify countertop materials and use the appropriate products.

Absolutely. Most of our corporate clients prefer after-hours cleaning to avoid disrupting their teams. We work from 6:00 PM onwards on weekdays and are available full days on Fridays and Saturdays. We can also set up recurring weekly or monthly deep cleaning schedules for offices, clinics, and retail spaces.

Yes. Our upholstery cleaning is done on-site using portable hot water extraction equipment. We protect your floor with waterproof sheets, treat stains with fabric-specific solutions, extract dirt and moisture, and set up air movers to speed drying. Most sofas are dry within 3 to 4 hours. We handle leather, microfiber, velvet, and all common upholstery fabrics.

Yes. Sea Palmz cleans dental practices, medical clinics, laboratories and treatment rooms across Dubai and Sharjah. The work follows a clinical surface-disinfection sequence using hospital-grade virucidal and bactericidal disinfectants applied at the manufacturer's specified dilution and contact time, with colour-coded equipment to prevent cross-contamination and correct handling of clinical waste. Clinic cleaning is quoted per job and is normally scheduled outside patient hours, from 18:00 onwards or at weekends.

Move-in and move-out cleans are full property deep cleans carried out while the home is empty, which is when the best result is possible. They cover kitchen and appliance degreasing inside and out, wardrobe and cabinet interiors, bathroom descaling and grout, internal windows, frames and sliding tracks, AC vents, skirting, switches, doors and floors, and are built around the items property managers and landlords typically inspect at handover. Yes. Mattress deep cleaning starts at AED 75 and carpet deep cleaning at AED 300, both done inside your home. Mattresses are HEPA-vacuumed, treated with an enzyme solution for dust-mite debris and body soil, hot-water extracted and steam-finished. Carpets are pre-treated for stains, agitated and extracted. With air movers running, mattresses are usually sleepable after 4 to 6 hours and carpets walkable after 3 to 4, longer in high summer humidity.

Both. One-off deep cleans are the most common booking, priced per property from AED 250 for a studio to AED 1,200 for a villa. Recurring schedules — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — are also available and are used mainly by offices, clinics, retail units and holiday-home operators. For light routine upkeep rather than a full deep clean, hourly cleaning at AED 40 per cleaner per hour is usually the better fit. Recurring schedules are quoted per job.

In most cases, yes. Lined and heavy curtains are cleaned in place by HEPA vacuuming, spot-treating marks and steaming the fabric top to bottom on the rail, which also drops creases and removes odours. Blinds are cleaned slat by slat. Delicate, silk or heavily soiled curtains are better taken down and treated separately, and we tell you which applies before starting. Curtain and drapery cleaning is quoted per job, based on drop height and panel count.

You are welcome to be present, but it is not required. Many of our clients provide access instructions, leave a key with building security, or give us a spare key. Sea Palmz operates Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 23:00, including public holidays, across all three branches; the Dubai Deira head office closes at 22:00. Residential deep cleans usually start between 08:00 and 14:00 so that a 5 to 8 hour villa job finishes the same day. The crew brings its own machines, chemicals, cloths and consumables, but needs mains water and a power socket on site — worth checking for a brand-new or handover-stage property where utilities are not yet connected. For towers, please arrange visitor parking and a service-lift booking or gate pass with building management in advance, as most Dubai and Sharjah towers require it. Tell us at booking and we will coordinate with the management office directly.

Yes, we regularly clean properties in border areas like Al Nahda and Al Qusais. Because we have teams on both sides of the emirate border, we dispatch whichever crew is closest to you rather than routing every job through one office.

No. All areas within our served zones in Dubai and Sharjah are charged at the same rate — a villa is AED 1,200 in Deira, Dubai Marina or Muwaileh alike. A small travel surcharge applies only to properties well outside the city limits of either emirate, and it is stated in your written quote before you accept, never added afterwards.

Partly. Sea Palmz has no Ajman branch, but several Ajman districts sit within practical reach of the Sharjah Hay Hoshi branch and are served from there: Helio 2, Al Heliow, Al Jerf 1 and Al Yasmeen. A written record of what was cleaned and which products were used is issued after each visit on request.

We use biodegradable, low-allergen cleaning products chosen for homes with infants and pets — no bleach, no ammonia and no harsh solvents in residential spaces, unless you specifically ask for bleach to treat mould.
