Sea Palmz Cleaning Services operates three branches in the United Arab Emirates. Its headquarters is at Almarri Building, Office No. 407 A2, Almararr Street, Deira, Dubai, and two branches cover Sharjah: one on Al Khan Corniche Street in Al Khalidiya, and one in the Al Badee suburb of Hay Hoshi. Do you work in Ajman?
We serve four Ajman villa communities — Helio 2, Al Heliow, Al Jerf 1 and Al Yasmeen — all from the Sharjah Hay Hoshi branch, because they sit close to it. We do not currently cover the rest of Ajman, and we do not have an office inside the emirate.
Do you work in Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah?
No. Coverage is currently limited to Dubai, Sharjah and the small number of Ajman communities listed above. We would rather be explicit about that than accept a booking we cannot reach inside the agreed time window.
Does the price change depending on the district?
No. Prices are the same across every district we serve in Dubai and Sharjah. They depend on the property type and size, or on the number of items, not on distance, and no travel fee is added inside the coverage area.
Can you visit the offices in person?
Yes. All three branches are real addresses pinned on Google Maps and can be visited during opening hours. Most customers book by phone or WhatsApp on +971 50 631 1450 instead, because the quote is worked out from a description of the property without needing a visit.
Which branch will the crew come from?
The booking is assigned to the branch closest to your address: Deira for Dubai addresses, Al Khan for the Sharjah waterfront and its towers, and Hay Hoshi for the southern suburbs and the four Ajman communities. The only purpose is to shorten travel time — the crews, the equipment and the checklist are the same at all three.
Do you work on Fridays and public holidays?
We work seven days a week from 08:00 to 23:00, including Fridays and Saturdays, with the Dubai office closing at 22:00. Public-holiday slots are confirmed at the time of booking.
