Commercial work is quoted per job rather than from the residential price list, because cost depends on floor area, fit-out and service frequency. Most commercial clients book after 18:00 on weekdays or on Fridays and Saturdays so trading is not disrupted, and recurring weekly or monthly schedules are available.

A Sea Palmz villa deep clean covers the whole property from ceiling to floor and starts at AED 1,200. It includes cobweb and high-level dust removal, light fittings and ceiling fans; full kitchen degreasing with the oven, extractor hood, hob and cabinet interiors and exteriors; bathroom descaling, grout scrubbing and sanitising of every fixture; bedroom and living-area detailing behind and beneath movable furniture; internal window glass, frames and sliding-door tracks; AC vent and grille dust removal; balcony and terrace washing; staircases, skirting boards, switches and door handles; and floor deep cleaning appropriate to the surface, including marble polishing where required. Maid rooms, storerooms and garages are included on request. A typical three- to four-bedroom villa takes 5 to 8 hours with a crew of 3 to 5 cleaners. You are welcome to be present, but it is not required. Many clients provide entry instructions or leave a key with building security. We conduct a walk-through with you (or via video call) before and after the service to ensure satisfaction.

Yes. Sea Palmz operates seven days a week, Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 23:00, including UAE public holidays; the Dubai Deira head office closes at 22:00. Weekend slots are the busiest, so book a Friday or Saturday a few days ahead. Office, clinic and retail clients often prefer weekend or after-18:00 slots so trading is not disrupted.

Tell the supervisor at the final walkthrough and the area is re-cleaned on the spot at no extra charge, before you pay. If you notice something after the crew has left, call +971 50 631 1450 within 24 hours and we return to redo it. The walkthrough happens on every job, in person or by video call if you are not on site.

Villas of five bedrooms or more, and post-construction jobs, get five or more cleaners. A supervisor attends every villa and commercial job and runs the final walkthrough with you.

Yes. Sea Palmz crews carry high-temperature steam machines and HEPA-filter vacuums as standard on every deep clean. Steam is used on bathroom grout and tiling, kitchen surfaces, hobs and extractor hoods, and on mattresses, because heat sanitises without adding chemicals. HEPA vacuums trap fine desert dust and dust-mite debris rather than returning it to the air, which matters in Dubai and Sharjah homes. Sofas and carpets are cleaned by hot-water extraction.
